SM Bespoke Care Ltd is a community care company supporting people with a variety of needs in their own home.

At SM Bespoke Care, we offer a bespoke care package that enables our clients to stay as independent as possible but supporting them with anything they may need in their own homes such as assistance with personal care.

SM Bespoke Care is run by husband-and-wife team, Shannon and Ryan Morgan. Shannon looks after the day-to-day care needs of our clients, she has over 10 years of experience in the health care industry and has worked for the NHS, nursing and residential care homes and in the community.

Ryan’s role in the company is the administration, care plans and he deals with most of the contact between us and the client. Ryan is the first point of contact with clients and other healthcare professionals such as district nurses, GP’s etc.

All our staff are highly trained, and all have valid DBS certificates along with a wealth of experience. The company has appropriate insurance for all of the above and proof of insurance can be provided.

At SM Bespoke Care, we work closely with other healthcare professionals such as the district nurse team and social services. This enables us to ensure our clients receive the best possible care in their home.

Mindful Moments

We are excited to announce that we have opened a brand new Day Centre in the heart of Pembroke Dock. Our day centre will be aimed at adults with learning disabilities and elderly. Come and enjoy various activities and events tailored for their needs! We are fully inclusive! 

We believe the local community is in desperate need of a service like this and would love to welcome as many people as we can to use our service. We do hold various activities open to everyone!

We will be offering a range of activities such as

• and so much more!
